Just got laid off, what should I do first? (Baltimore)

I was let go as a school bus driver this week and I am still in shock. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
