Just got laid off, what should I do first? after 9 years as an HR coordinator

They called a meeting on Monday and 9 of us were let go. I had been there 9 years. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have not told my family yet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
