Just got laid off, what should I do first? after 6 years as a marketing coordinator

I lost my job as a marketing coordinator and I am not sure what to do first. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
