Just got laid off, what should I do first? after 4 years as an accounts payable clerk

They called a meeting on Monday and 4 of us were let go. I had been there 4 years. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
