Just got laid off, what should I do first? after 3 years as a janitorial supervisor

They called a meeting on Friday and 3 of us were let go. I had been there 3 years. It has been weighing on me all week. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?
