Just got laid off, what should I do first? after 12 years as a customer-service rep

I lost my job as a customer-service rep and I am not sure what to do first. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
