Just got laid off, what should I do first? after 11 years as a payroll clerk

They called a meeting on Friday and 11 of us were let go. I had been there 11 years. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
