Just got laid off, what should I do first? after 11 years as a customer-service rep

I was let go as a customer-service rep this week and I am still in shock. Thank you in advance. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
