Just got laid off, what should I do first? - 9 weeks in

They called a meeting on Monday and 5 of us were let go. I had been there 5 years. I am in St. Louis, in case local advice matters. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
