Just got laid off, what should I do first? - 6 weeks in

I lost my job as a warehouse supervisor and I am not sure what to do first. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. I have not told my family yet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
