Just got laid off, what should I do first? - 5 months and counting

They called a meeting on Monday and 15 of us were let go. I had been there 15 years. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Which steps were urgent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
