Just got laid off, what should I do first?

I lost my job as a warehouse supervisor and I am not sure what to do first. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
