Just got laid off, what should I do first? - 20 weeks in

They called a meeting on Friday and 15 of us were let go. I had been there 15 years. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
