Just got laid off, what should I do first? - 10 weeks in

I lost my job as a software tester and I am not sure what to do first. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Which steps were urgent?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
