Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - what worked for you?

Three companies in St. Louis cut staff in the same month. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
