Industry layoffs, what are people doing?, social media manager here

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a social media manager. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
