Industry layoffs, what are people doing?, recruiter here

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a recruiter. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.
