Industry layoffs, what are people doing? (Madison)

Three companies in Madison cut staff in the same month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
