Industry layoffs, what are people doing?, janitorial supervisor here

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a janitorial supervisor. It has been weighing on me all week. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
