Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - any advice?

Noah Nakamura · 2026-08-13T13:13:01.434Z

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.
