Industry layoffs, what are people doing? after 6 years as an HR coordinator

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an HR coordinator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
