Industry layoffs, what are people doing? after 4 years as a marketing coordinator

Three companies in Seattle cut staff in the same month. I worked as a marketing coordinator before this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. How did you choose?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
