Industry layoffs, what are people doing? after 4 years as a graphic designer

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. Thank you in advance. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.
