Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - 8 months and counting

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a copywriter. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Which areas are hiring?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
