Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - 3 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an operations analyst. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. How did you choose?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
