Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - 20 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a store manager. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
