Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - 17 weeks in

Three companies in Boise cut staff in the same month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
