Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - 14 weeks in

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a procurement assistant. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Which areas are hiring?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
