Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - 11 weeks in

Three companies in Cleveland cut staff in the same month. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere.

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
