Industry layoffs, what are people doing? - 11 weeks in

Three companies in Milwaukee cut staff in the same month. I worked as a project coordinator before this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
