How do you keep going after 9 rejections? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
