How do you keep going after 9 rejections?, welding apprentice here

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
