How do you keep going after 9 rejections? (Phoenix)

After a layoff as a production planner I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
