How do you keep going after 9 rejections? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
