How do you keep going after 9 rejections? after 9 years as a welding apprentice

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
