How do you keep going after 9 rejections? after 9 years as a quality inspector

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
