How do you keep going after 9 rejections? after 9 years as a bank teller

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
