How do you keep going after 9 rejections? - 12 months and counting

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been a long 14 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
