How do you keep going after 8 rejections? (Minneapolis)

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 25 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
