How do you keep going after 8 rejections?, line cook here

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
