How do you keep going after 8 rejections? - first time posting

I sent 8 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
