How do you keep going after 8 rejections? after 8 years as an event coordinator

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
