How do you keep going after 8 rejections? after 8 years as a nurse's aide

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
