How do you keep going after 8 rejections? after 8 years as a copywriter

I sent 8 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
