How do you keep going after 8 rejections?

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
