How do you keep going after 8 rejections? - 8 weeks in

After a layoff as a bookkeeper I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 8 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
