How do you keep going after 7 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
