How do you keep going after 7 rejections? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a data-entry clerk I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
