How do you keep going after 7 rejections? (update)

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
