How do you keep going after 7 rejections? (update)

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
